Fairly clean hotel, services were amazing and location was lovely on the outskirts of Tralee which is wha we really wanted to begin with.

It was an incredibly beautiful hotel, no reason to complain, do recommend. Everything was LOVELY, lovely location adjacent to the outskirts of Tralee, the train station and Tralee after a long flight from the states, perfectly pleasant experience. The room was lovely and tidy and cozy with many storage when I arrived. The staff and the host were all friendly.

The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. They did a great job with the services. I was pleased with my deluxe twin room, even though I found only one bed instead of two. the room also had a nice ensuite bathroom and there was tea/coffee available. 😊

The staff, particularly Bridget and her husband, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to cater to the needs of our children, making us feel right at home. The location had a great view from our room, and our car was safely parked. We got great value for our money at this hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the comfortable beds and the great shower pressure. the hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our vegan requests for breakfast. the view from our room was amazing and the location, though a bit far from the center of town, was still walkable. it felt like a homey and cozy environment.
